Melissa has acquired substantial experience in private practice and as in-house support. She now trains her team to learn the myriad rules, laws, and exceptions of the USPTO, PCT, and multiple non-US jurisdictions. Every practitioner she supports quickly learns the critical role and value of an intelligent, knowledgeable paralegal who can anticipate. She is sometimes the preferred contact by clients for issues that arise and adapts to different client systems and processes. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Melissa taught preschool for more than a decade - crossover training.
